One day I had nothing better to do than to obsess over my favorite movie, Lord of the Rings. I began to do intense searching on line into the people who played each main part. Looking for comments on how they felt about what they did, pictures of them in costume. I was also looking for interesting conversation on the movie, a little interaction with some other fans.

I stumbled across www.billyboyd.net .
It had interviews, events, pictures, and a great deal of fun in the forum. I was ensnared.

Then one day I went on line, this was mid to late February and there was a little post saying that Billy Boyd was going to be at I-CON. Next thing I know I'm signing up to go on a trip to New York with strangers. I'm sending a stranger my money, and I am going to spend four days and three nights with them. My friends and family are freaked. I however, am totally stoked.

I saw a sign that said" if you injure or kill a construction worker you get 8000 dollars in fines and one year in prison." Then I saw a sign that says, "Fines double in a construction area" So my question is do you actually get 16000 in fines and two years in prison?
